Welcome to Priyeah International. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Information
We deal in jewellery and handcrafted products.
All product images, descriptions, and details are shared to the best of our ability. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or design may occur due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or handmade nature of jewellery. These minor variations are not considered defects.
2. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
3. Delivery Policy
Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Priyeah International is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
4. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted only when the reason is valid and meets our policy conditions.
Return / Refund will be applicable only in the following cases:
Damaged or Broken Product on Delivery
Wrong Design or Wrong Color Delivered
Product Lost in Transit by the Delivery Partner
5. Mandatory Proof for Return / Refund
Customers must share clear live images and/or videos of the product and outer packaging.
Proof must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
All images/videos must be emailed to:

No request will be accepted without proper proof.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Return or refund will NOT be accepted in the following situations:
If the design, style, size, or look is not liked by the customer
Minor color difference due to screen or lighting
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused after delivery
Late return request without proof
Customized or handmade jewellery (unless damaged)
Design dislike is not a valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered and approved after verification.
No exchange for design preference or personal choice issues.
8. Refund Process & Timeline
Once return/refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after approval.
Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
9. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Priyeah International will not be liable for issues caused due to incorrect address or contact details.
11. Limitation of Liability
Priyeah International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
All customer details shared during order placement are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party except for delivery and payment processing purposes.
