Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product on Delivery
    If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

  2. Wrong Design or Color Delivered
    If a different design or color is delivered by mistake.

  3. Product Lost by Delivery Partner
    If the product is lost during transit by the delivery partner.


Important Instructions

  • In all the above cases, live images of the product and packaging are mandatory.

  • Customers must share clear live images within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Images must be sent to info@priyeahinternational.com for verification.

Once the images are reviewed and approved by our team, refund will be initiated.


Refund Process

  • After approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.


Note

  • No refund will be provided without image verification.

  • Refunds are not applicable for reasons other than the cases mentioned above.
